Jesus can help me choose patience. Simeon at the Temple • Luke 2:22-39

Simeon loved God. God told him that someone special will come. But he doesn’t know when this person will come. So he waited and waited. And he waited for a long time. He was so patient and didn’t complain. Soon one day, Joseph and Mary brought baby Jesus to the temple and immediately Simeon knew that Jesus was the special person that God has promised to come. God helped Simeon to be patient.

Or when you have to wait for dinner to be ready when you are so hungry. God can help you to choose patience when you ask Him to.
