JESUS IS ALIVE! (3)

Breakfast on the Beach • John 21:1-14

It was three days after Easter that Jesus came back to live. Even so, the disciples were so lost at what they would do next. So, a few of them went back fishing. Early one morning while the disciples were fishing, Jesus appeared to them on the beach. They were so excited and went to greet Jesus, who made them breakfast. Jesus told them that He loved them and will always be their friend forever.

Questions

1. Why did some of the disciples go back fishing?

“They were at a loss of what to do next.”

2. Why did Jesus appear and cook breakfast for them?”

“Jesus loved them and wanted to be their friend forever!”

What breakfast would you want to make for the people you love?

Jesus is our best friend. Some people have tried to take Him away from us by hurting and killing Him. But He came back to life to be with us because He wants to be our friend forever. He cares for you. He is here to listen to everything you want to tell Him. He wants to tell you that He will never leave you. He will be with you forever.
