JESUS IS AMAZING (2)

Calming the Storm • Matthew 8:23-27, Mark 4:35-41

One night Jesus was in a boat with His disciples. He was tired and went to sleep. Then suddenly it started to rain and the wind got stronger. The waves got bigger and rocked the boat harder. The disciples were afraid and woke Jesus up. Jesus woke up and said to the storm to be still. An amazing thing happened – the storm stopped. Wow! No one can calm a storm except Jesus. He is amazing.

2. What was the amazing thing that happened?”

“The amazing thing was that Jesus calmed the storm.”

3. What is one amazing thing that you want Jesus to do for your friends?

Nothing is too difficult for Jesus. He can do all things. He created the whole world with all the animals and plants on it. He caused the rain to fall and the sun to shine. Jesus can do amazing things so that people will know that He is powerful and cares for them.

Jesus can do amazing things because He is God. We can all trust Him.
