Paul was a mean man who hurts Christians. But when he met Jesus, he was a changed man who learned how to love everyone. One day when he came to town, he wanted to make friends with the disciples who followed Jesus. But the disciples were scared. Barnabas however, told the disciples not to be afraid because Paul was now a changed person who was good to everyone. After hearing this, the disciples were happy to become friends with Paul. Barnabas loved like Jesus and he helped everyone to live in peace.

Discussion
Questions

1. What made the disciples afraid of Paul?

They were afraid because they knew Paul was a mean man.

2. Why were they happy to become friends with Paul?

Barnabas told them that Paul met Jesus and now a very kind man.”

3. How can you help make peace with your friends?

We can help make everyone live in peace. Instead of quarrelling about who gets to play with a new toy, we can play with the toy together. Instead of quarrelling about who gets to play on the slide first, we can let our friends go first. Instead of walking away after quarrelling, we can make peace but saying sorry to each other. We love like Jesus when we live in peace with each other.
