Catching Fish • Luke 5:1-10
One day Jesus was teaching the people at the beach. Because there were so many people, Jesus hopped onto Peter the fisherman’s boat and continued teaching. After that Jesus asked Peter to go fishing. But Peter has fished all night long and couldn’t catch a single fish. But since Jesus told him to, Peter said he will try again. So they went out to the sea and threw the net in. To Peter’s amazement, suddenly there were so many fish in the net. It was so heavy that he had to ask the other fishermen to help. Peter was so amazed that Jesus could do such an amazing thing.
