Easter • Matthew 26-28
One night when Jesus was having dinner with His friends, He told them that He would have to go away. But He promised that He would return again. Later that night, He went to a garden to pray. A group of angry people came and took Him away. They hurt Jesus and He died. All of Jesus’ friends were so sad. They put Jesus’ body in tomb with a big stone to cover the entrance. Three days later, some of His friend went to the tomb and saw that the stone were rolled away. Jesus’ body wasn’t in the tomb! He came back to life just like He said. Jesus is alive!
