GOD HELPS ME MAKE GOOD CHOICES

1 Samuel 2:12-26 Eli’s Two Boys

Eli had two sons, Hophni and Phinehas. They did not obey God and made selfish choices. They took things that were meant for God and were unkind to people. This made God unhappy. But Samuel was different. He loved God and served Him faithfully. As Samuel grew, God was pleased with him. This story teaches us that God wants us to make good choices and obey Him every day.

2. What happened when Mordecai asked Esther to help God’s people?

“Samuel loved God and chose to do was right.”

3. When you want to choose between doing something right or wrong, how can God help you make a good choice?

God wants us to make good choices every day. We can choose to obey, share, tell the truth, and be kind to others. When it is hard to do what is right, God can help us. Just like Samuel, we can listen to God and please Him with our choices.
