GOD LOVES ME NO MATTER WHAT (2)

God loves me when I’m afraid. Gideon Is Afraid • Judges 6:2-4, 11-12

Gideon was afraid. Why? Because the big and powerful Midianites were taking away everything from the Israelites like food, sheep and tents. He was so afraid of them that he hid in a hole to thresh his wheat! But God sent an angel to talk with Gideon and let him know that the Lord was with him. Gideon knew he could trust God with all his heart and that God would love him and help him.

What are some afraid moments that you can talk to God about?

We feel afraid once in a while. We feel afraid of being in the dark or being alone. We feel afraid of insects and lizards maybe. We feel afraid if one of our loved ones falls very sick. But God still loves us when we feel afraid. He wants to know why we feel afraid. We can talk to Him anytime. He loves us no matter what.
