On days one and two, God made the light and the sky above the water.
Light and Dark; Sky Above Water • Genesis 1:3-8
In the very beginning, there was nothing – no sun, moon, stars, birds, fruits – nothing. But God was there all the time. On day 1 God said, “Let there be light.” And there was light. God said it was good. He then separated the light from the dark. He called the light as day, and the dark as night.
On day 2 God said, “Let there be sky above and water below.” And the sky and water appeared. God said it was good. God has so many plans to make things. He made everything.
