GOD WANTS ME TO BE KIND.

Memory Verse : And you can be sure that I am always with you, to the very end.” (Matthew 28:20)

David and Mephibosheth • 2 Samuel 4:4; 2 Samuel 9

After King Saul and Jonathan died, Jonathan’s son, Mephibosheth, hurt his feet and could not walk well. Years later, King David remembered his promise to Jonathan. David looked for Mephibosheth and showed him kindness. He gave him Saul’s land and invited him to eat at the king’s table like one of his own sons. Mephibosheth was happy because David was loving, kind, and kept his promise.
