Lot lived near a city called Sodom. One day, some kings fought a big battle, and Lot was captured and taken away with his things. When Abraham heard this, he quickly gathered his people and went to rescue Lot. God helped Abraham win, and Lot was safely brought back home. God helped Lot and his family when they were in trouble.

When Lot was in trouble, Abraham helped him. God wants to help us when we are scared, sad, or facing problems. We can pray and ask God for help. God cares for our family and loves us very much. He can give us strength, help, and protection every day.
