Abram shares with Lot • Genesis 13

Abram and his nephew Lot had many animals. The land could not hold them all, so their helpers began to argue. Abram said kindly, “Let’s not fight. You choose where to live, and I’ll go the other way.” Lot picked the green land near the Jordan River. Abram stayed in Canaan. God promised Abram that his family would have the land forever, and Abram thank Him.
