GOD IS GREAT AND MIGHTY! (1)

Crossing the Jordan River • Joshua 3-4
God chose Joshua as the new leader to lead the Israelites to their new home. But there was a big Jordan River that prevented them from crossing over. God told Joshua to get the priests to walk into the water. When their feet touched the water, God pushed the river back and there was dry ground for the Israelites to walk across the river. Only God can do such a mighty thing.

1. What did God tell Joshua to do?

“God pushed the water back and there was dry ground to walk.“
3. What is one thing you want God to help you with?
God uses His great power to help the Israelites. God can use His power to help us too. He can hear our prayers even when we pray quietly. He can make us well when we’re sick. He can provide food for the poor when we ask Him to. God is powerful and can do anything.
